This Privacy Notice describes how Artevian D. Hall-Palmer, an individual sole proprietor trading as K1DD C3NTRAL (“we,” “us”), collects and processes your personal data. We are the data controller for the personal data we collect through this site.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data — email address and login credentials.
  • Marketing data — email address you provide for newsletters or updates.
  • Support data — messages you send us by email or contact form.
  • Usage and device data — pages viewed, beats previewed/played, IP address, browser, device identifiers, and similar telemetry.
  • User content — anything you post in the community.

Payment data (name, billing address, card details) is collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, not by us. We only store the email associated with your purchase.

3. Why we use your data and legal basis

  • Provide the service (accounts, downloads, comic access) — performance of contract.
  • Process orders (via Paddle) — performance of contract / legal obligation.
  • Customer support — legitimate interest / contract.
  • Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest / legal obligation.
  • Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interest.
  • Marketing emails — your consent (you can unsubscribe at any time).

4. Who we share data with

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record for sale of products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling.
  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting (Lovable Cloud / Supabase), email delivery, analytics, and support tooling.
  • Professional advisers — legal or accounting where necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.
