These Terms govern your use of K1DD C3NTRAL, operated by Artevian D. Hall-Palmer, an individual sole proprietor (the “Seller,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the site, purchasing beats, bundles, comics, or any other product, you agree to these Terms.

K1DD C3NTRAL provides digital products including beats, beat bundles, comics, and related media for personal or licensed use as described at the point of purchase.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of Artevian D. Hall-Palmer or any third party.
• Interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, denial-of-service).
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense digital products outside the license granted to you.

All user-generated content — including community posts, comments, direct messages, group chats, and profile information — is monitored by automated moderation to keep the platform safe and welcoming.

The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse toward any user.
• Hate speech, racist remarks, or negative comments about race or ethnicity (not in a clearly joking or artistic context).
• Negative attacks on religion or religious beliefs (not in a clearly joking or artistic context).
• Threats of violence or encouragement of self-harm.
• Sexual content directed at or involving minors.
• Doxxing, impersonation, or deliberate spreading of false information to harm others.

Our moderation system reviews posts, comments, messages, and profile fields in real time. Content that violates these rules may be blocked or removed automatically.

Violations of the Community Guidelines trigger an escalating enforcement policy:

• 1st violation: 1-hour account suspension.
• 2nd violation: 2-day account suspension.
• 3rd violation: Permanent account termination.

During a suspension you may browse the site, but you cannot post, comment, send messages, or edit your profile. Terminated accounts are permanently banned from the service.

To prevent ban evasion, we normalize and compare email addresses at registration. If you attempt to sign up using the same email (including Gmail dot-aliases or plus-aliases) after termination, the registration will be blocked automatically. Creating new accounts to circumvent a suspension or termination is grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase.

All beats, comics, artwork, branding, software, and content remain the property of Artevian D. Hall-Palmer(or respective licensors). Purchase grants you the license stated at checkout — typically a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product. No other rights are granted.

If you submit content (e.g. community posts), you grant Artevian D. Hall-Palmer a limited license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for what you post.

Payments on this site are processed securely by Stripe. K1DD C3NTRAL is the seller of record for all orders. Applicable sales tax and VAT are calculated and collected automatically at checkout where required. For payment, billing, cancellation, and refund details, see our Refund Policy.

We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artevian D. Hall-Palmer’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to us (via Paddle) in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify Artevian D. Hall-Palmer against claims arising from your user content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your license to use purchased digital products continues subject to the license terms, but access to the service may end.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Seller resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Some beats uploaded may not have stems due to technical issues, the source file being too old, or the original sounds used being unavailable. The absence of stems for any beat is not grounds for a refund. If you have questions about a specific beat before purchasing, please email k1ddc3ntral@gmail.com.

For every beat purchased (lease or exclusive), all splits and credits must be given to Artevian D. Hall-Palmer, producer name K1DDV3NOM. When setting up your splits through DistroKid, Amuse, or your distribution company, please use the email prodk1ddv3nom@gmail.com.
