Artevian D. Hall-Palmer, trading as K1DD C3NTRAL, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital purchases (beats, bundles, comics, and other items sold through our store).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe, and refunds are issued back to your original payment method. To request a refund:

• Email us at k1ddc3ntral@gmail.com with your order details (the email address used at checkout and the order date) and the reason for your request. We will review your request and issue any approved refund through Stripe.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
